Payment for waste management services has become even more convenient with the "Toza Makon" mobile application.

The "Toza Makon" mobile application makes the payment process for waste collection services easier and more convenient. It ensures transparency of payments, prevents corruption in the waste management sector, and improves service quality. Through the app, users can access clear and detailed information about current debts, payment history, the number of registered residents at their address, cadastral numbers, and the sanitary cleaning company responsible for their area.

Additionally, the app allows users to send suggestions and complaints without leaving their homes. Simply call the Waste Management and Circular Economy Development Agency’s hotline at 1205, under the Ministry of Ecology.

To use the app:

– Download the "Toza Makon" app from the App Store or Play Market.
– Select your language and click "Continue."

Login options:

– Via One ID: Enter your login and password, and all connected apartments will be automatically added to the system.
– Via Personal Account Number: Enter your 12-digit personal account number (as indicated in the sanitation services contract) and your password. If you don’t have a password, click "Create Account," and a password will be sent to your linked phone number via SMS.

Important:
– If you need to change the phone number linked to your personal account, contact your local sanitary cleaning department.
– The app provides detailed information about the apartment, including cadastral numbers, list of residents, service tariffs, outstanding debts, and details of the responsible sanitary cleaning company.
